Simple, abstract background: Free
Detailed background: 50% of base price

Props, additional characters or particularly complex requests will increase the price, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Animals
• Creatures
• Landscapes
• Personal portraits, with the subject's consent

Won't Draw

• Any of the above involved in sexual activities
• Children
• Fursonas

Terms and Conditions

• I retain full copyright over the artwork, with special permissions granted to you as per below.
• You may re-upload the artwork on social media or other websites freely, on condition that you always credit me with a link to my website and/or social media.
• The artwork may not be used for NFTs or AI training, under any circumstances.
• The artwork will be commissioned strictly for your private use. You may not use the artwork commercially in any way, including but not limited to resale, merchandising, advertising and/or publishing.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
• You may not alter the artwork in any way, except for cropping for avatars or similar uses.
• You may not copy or trace the artwork for your own creations.
• If you do not wish me to display the artwork online (for example, on social media or in my portfolio), please notify me at the time of commissioning the work.

Payments and Refunds

• Payment will be made in full, in advance, via PayPal. USD and EUR accepted.
• Please confirm to me when the payment has been sent, in case of potential payment issues.
• You may cancel the commission at any time during the creation of the artwork. Depending on the progress I've made at the time of cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund. The refunded amount will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• I may also cancel the commission at any time, and for any reason, in which case a full refund will be granted.
• Completed, or near-completed commissions will not be refunded.

Workflow

• We can discuss commissions via e-mail or Twitter DMs.
• The more reference material you can provide of the subject you want me to draw, the better.
• We will discuss the commission before any payment is made, to ensure that I am willing and able to accept the nature and scope of the commission.
• Once we've agreed on the commission, you will pay the full amount to me. I will not start working before I receive the money, and will give you an estimated time of delivery.
• Depending on what was agreed upon, I may supply you with a few sketches to further define what the final piece should look like. Any major edits or changes must be agreed upon at this stage. If major changes are requested after the sketch phase, additional fees may need to be discussed.
• If I commit any serious errors regarding your character's design or other elements specified in the commission, I will rectify these mistakes at no additional cost. Please note that this may not include errors due to insufficient information, for example if you forgot to mention an important design element when the commission was made.
